The script PHPIMP is a User Atuhentication script (easily secure website content).
PHPIMP is an authentication module written in PHP.
Given username, password and server name, it allows you to validate the username/password against the server, and returns true or false. If you alerady have a POP or IMAP server, you can write your web based apps to authenticate without maintaining any password lists. Demo available on site.
